Nina Bacayo PT, DPT

"Are you ready to get better? I am happy to help”.  As a positive thinker, and her compassion to help others, the experiences and dynamic skills provides an opportunity for Nina to treat a wide range of geriatrics and adult orthopedics conditions. She received her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from De La Salle University in 2005 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Montana in 2017. She has been practicing in an out-patient facility for more than 10 years before joining AON PT.
Nina also loves to spend time with her family traveling, cooking and canoeing or playing in the lake on summer days.

Bryan Kelly, PT, MS, CKTP

Bryan Kelly is one of the most passionate individuals you'll ever meet.  

Bryan was able to grow Athletic Orthopedic Neurological Physical Therapy & Wellness from a small one-location physical therapy clinic to having multiple locations and serving over 25 miles of ground in Putnam & Westchester County.  He values the patient adventure and works hard so that everyone that comes into any of his clinics has an unforgettable experience.

Bryan is extremely involved in the community and enjoys teaching at local high schools and colleges.  Outside of work, you will find him and his wife coaching or watching his three, extremely active, children all year long.

Rachel Rossi, PTA

Rachel has been with the AON family for over 9 years! She began her career as a Therapy Aide and has transitioned to a Physical Therapist Assistant. Rachel has graduated from SUNY Dutchess with an Associates degree in Health Science and Wellness, and Bachelors degree in Health Science/PT from Mercy College. She recently graduated from SUNY Orange with an Associates of Science degree/Physical Therapist Assistant. 

Rachel finds enjoyment working with all age groups and a variety of injuries/disabilities. Rachel takes interest in working with patients who struggle with gait/balance issues, and total knee replacements. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, snowboarding, going to classic car shows and playing with her dog!

​Kevin Seaboldt, PT, MS

Kevin has been a PT at AON Brewster going on 5 years now. He graduated Cum Laude from Mercy College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then went on to graduate from New York Medical College with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Kevin has been working as a Physical Therapist for 20 years in both homecare and outpatient settings, treating a variety of conditions among patients of all ages. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his children.

Jessie Vangor, DPT

Hello, I’m Jessie. I graduated from New York Medical College with a degree in Physical Therapy. My favorite thing about being a physical therapist is helping patients get back to their job, hobbies, sports and family life with ease. I use an exercise focused treatment plan combined with skilled manual therapy to help each patient become independent in their healing process. When I’m not with my patients I love spending time with my family and my dog, hiking and enjoying the outdoors. ​

Julianne DosSantos, Administrative Assistant

Julianne has been with AON since 2019.  She is the friendly face behind the desk handling the day to day operations of the office.  Whether it's scheduling appointments, obtaining insurance authorizations or handling various billing or insurance needs Julie is your girl.  She is there to assist you with a personal touch ensuring a pleasant, smooth experience.  In her free time you can find her in the kitchen! Julie loves to cook and bake and is a huge dog lover.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and their son. You can find them at the soccer field, pool, or anything outdoors.
